What is excluded

Regulatory history, complaint volume, BBB grades, customer-review ratings, affiliate commission, brand size, and editorial preference do not enter this score. Those factors answer different questions.

Verification rules

  1. Prefer provider fee schedules, agreements, custodian schedules, depository schedules, and regulator documents.
  2. Every displayed number needs a source URL, verification date, and human review.
  3. AI may extract or compare source text but may not create fee figures.
  4. Conflicting official figures remain visible until resolved.
  5. Written product quotes must record the exact product, quantity, quote time, spot source, spot price, and extra charges.
